Doing the Math: with Your TI-83
Calculator manuals can be confusing with their keystroke by keystroke approach to calculator features. Doing the Math: with Your TI-83 is a CD-ROM that contains 48 short, to-the-point, easy to access multimedia lessons focusing on using your calculator within a math context. It is designed for students in algebra through pre-calculus.
This CD is also applicable for students using a TI-84.
Option 1: Download and Create your own CD
The TI-83 CD-ROM is now available for download as an ISO image file. You can download this file by clicking below. This file can be used to create your own copies of the CD. All you need is a functional CD-burner and aurthoring software. Most CD authoring programs have the ability to create a CD from an ISO file saved on your hard drive. If you normally use the internal CD authoring ability of Windows XP you can download a free utility to add ISO burning support here. You can find instructions on burning the ISO file to CD using ISO Recorder here.
